How to Fix - Your System’s Hardware Does Not Support Hardware Acceleration for the Current Settings. Adobe Premiere Pro is a successor version of Adobe Premiere that has been used by professionals and content creators for years. We all know that by mercury playback engine GPU acceleration we can render our videos more and more faster than CPU or software base rendering. So let's share our video I have opened a project but I can't render it with my GPU. So lets fix this problem step by steps First Enable Hardware Accelerated EncodingOpen the Adobe Premiere Pro application then Click on EditGo to Preferences then Go to Media then A popup window will open. Now, you’ll see two options below that should be checked or enabled. If not, select both of them. H264/HEVC hardware-accelerated decoding and encoding (requires restart) Once selected, make sure to click on OK to save changes, and reboot the PC to change effects immediately. If Hardware Accelerated Encoding is Unavailable. Press the Ctrl + F12 keys on Windows and CMD+F12 on Mac to open the Console popup window. Here type hw and search for hardware from the search bar inside the popup. then Enable hw encoding. Make sure that the ‘ExporterMPEG_Simulate_Bad_HW_Driver_For_Export’ option is set to “False”. [Unchecked] and this should fix the main problem Look I have just fixed the problem by Enable hw encoding and my problem is solved. Now I will be able to render with hardware acceleration. If you are having a problem after a dedicated GPU then those 2 settings must solve your problem If not then Adjust the Export Settings Format and choose ‘HEVC or H.265 from the drop-down menu, Don't worry I will share this setting in my video description. Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 14.2 May update now allows Hardware Encoding with your GPU regardless of CPU. most videos i had seen about the new update all had Intel I9 CPUs so I decided to try the new update with my AMD Ryzen 9300x which now works as you no longer need Intel quicksync to harness the power of the GPU. In the new 14.2 version, Adobe has added GPU-based hardware encoding that supports most modern GPUs from both NVIDIA and AMD. Exactly how much faster this new hardware encoding is over software varies based on your system hardware, source media, and export setting. However, we saw on average around a 2x improvement in export times, but in some cases, it was more than 5x faster with only a minimal difference in video quality.

The feature is not officially released yet, but you can try it out in the 14.2 beta in 2020. Hardware accelerated rendering with your GPU is the best thing I could ask for. You could literally render up to 4x faster with hardware encoding! But then again, your render times may be affected by effects that you put in your videos. After uploading the Hitman 2 fullgame video i noticed some unpleasant qualityloss, significantly more than in other games. Especially after movement and in green areas (gras/trees/hedges etc.). Im aware that hardware encoding in general isnt as good in terms of quality as software encoding so i tested software encoding with similar settings. How to render faster in Premiere Pro? The latest 14.2 update of Premiere Pro brings GPU acceleration for exporting or hardware encoding that utilizes your NVIDIA/AMD GPU and uses NVENC to encode your exported videos! Render faster by up to 5x with hardware encoding! In this video, I will show you guys how to enable hardware encoding for your exports, and also show some comparison between hardware encoding vs software encoding when it comes to rendering or exporting. I did two tests, one with a Premiere Pro project with no effects, just a single clip, exported back, and another with a Premiere Pro project with a lot of effects like color grading, audio effects, texts, and After Effects compositions. With the no-effects project, we can see render speeds that are 5x faster, while with the effects-heavy project, it's not even 2x faster, but still faster.
