Make sure you own a High or Mid end PC, it will load all the textures before the game starts which will require more resources like Ram and Vram. This is the fix: Use DX12, set -NOTEXTURESTREAMING in your launch options and set the Texture Streaming in options to LOW. *I repeat this fix is intended for those that have a capable pc of running BL3 but they have stutters and fps drops when there are many enemies around them. I tested it on my RTX 2080,9900k & 32gigs of ram and runs beautiful after that. Lured by its apparent vast deposits of minerals, several colonization ships sponsored by the Dahl Corporation (one of several diversified mega-corporations that appear to control and govern entire planets) journey to the planet and build settlements there. Unable to find any alien technology, Atlas abandoned the planet. Faced with an invasion, those who are rich and important enough leave the planet, with Dahl abandoning the rest of the population to scavenge for their living in isolated settlements in the barren wastelands and industrial trash heaps across the planet. This fix will reduce the stutter so it's not as bad or as often now i only get millisecond stutter, An again not bad enough to the point where it locks the camera up on you like it would do before this fix. Also side note about this fix i was able to run this at 1440p high preset settings with vync enabled.

Multiplayer Lag In BL3 after crossplay was introduced
This video demonstrates the lag that me and my buddies happen to have with this game when you aim through your weapon. This lag occurs only when you play client-side and it is really bothering problem. I hope that it will be fixed in the future patches.
