Welcome to a hardcore modded survival scenario, driven by the story of Project Stardust. The story so far... Our hero was an ASSERT engineer who was contacted by Mike, a friend in the Intelligence wing of ASSERT, with information regarding a possible superweapon, code-named Project Stardust. As soon as he received this information, our hero was told that ASSERT was coming for his life, and needed to run. He stole a Hoplon-class APC with a load of materials and left for a series of coordinates leading him to a mostly unused Listening Post, unfortunately rolling the vehicle in the process... After righting the Hoplon, he completed his journey and began setting up a small production facility and some basic defenses. To assist in the endeavor of crafting a ship with which he could escape Earth, he constructed a mining ship and begun mining out the hills around him... narrowly avoiding multiple accidents in the process! With a supply of materials in-hand, the next step was to secure a source of power, and so, he constructed the Control Tower. With four wind turbines providing hundreds of kilowatts to his new production facility, and sources of Iron, Nickel, Silicon, Cobalt, and Ice located, at this point, the sky's the limit! ...on second thought, it might just be a starting point. Step one to reaching the sky is building a production facility capable of much greater production rates. Suggestions for what we should do next time?
